ELEVATION : With over 40 profiles to select from, you are spoilt with solutions for any formal or functional project requirement. The profiles can accommodate flush-mounted and non-flush-mounted glass panels, boost the borders of the single coloured area of the windows that completes the front, or render them to be subtle to the eye, put fixed or openable sashes to suit the design. To make it easier to choose between the various choices available, Secco Sistemi has created two naming subsystems: OS2 75.1 and OS2 75.2.
1. OS2 75.1 : In this version, the sashes can be easily noted in the front view, glass panels that are not flush-mounted between sashes and fixed panels.
2.OS2 75.2 : This design incorporates regularly spaced nodes between sashes and fixed panels, and also with coplanar glass fixings.
GLAZING BEAD : The glazing bead refers to the small vinyl strip that runs along your window frame, keeping drafts out The little profiles set in front of the glass to fix it are also important design components of the frame and come in the same colour finishes as the window itself for less of a visual impact. Glazing Beads are available in: squared, triangular, thin and rounded square.
HINGES : Minimalist hinges to give the window frame an integrated, slender look. They come available in two materials, so can match the finish of the frame for even an even better-blended look. In the tilt and turn option, the hinges can be concealed altogether.
MATERIALS : OS2 75 is also available in 4 precious metals in the Bi-material combination – brass, stainless steel, galvanised steel and corten steel. You can combine two different materials between the interior and the exterior design. See our materials page for more information.
